Principal Agent & Co-Founder
Scott Hamilton is an Atlanta native who grew up in Johns Creek, played basketball at the University of Georgia, studied language in China, ran marathons, and now resides with his wife and business partner Jennie, her 2 kids, and his 4 in North Atlanta.
Scott began his real estate career at RE/MAX in 2007 just before the market crash. He consistently grew as a Top Producer through 2018. In 2018, he joined Keller Williams' #1 Southeast team as Lead Listing Agent, closing 50+ homes per year.
In 2021, Scott and Jennie launched their own team, and in 2022 helped 31 families buy and sell over $23 million in real estate, placing them in the Top 1% of agents.

Jennie began her real estate career with Keller Williams in 2011, joining the #1 team in her office. In 2012, she sold 44 homes and was named Southeast Region Rookie of the Year.
She's served in all major agent roles, led as Director of Sales, and sold over 450 homes. She has consulted and coached top real estate teams nationwide on business planning, hiring, and leadership.
Jennie graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State with a BA in Journalism & Communication. She now runs the business with her husband Scott while raising their blended family of 6 kids.

With over 10 years of real estate experience, Katelyn is fully licensed and has excelled in numerous operations roles. She's known for her excellent communication, urgency, and attention to detail.
Her mission is simple: facilitate the smoothest transaction possible and handle all details so clients close with ease. Outside of work, she enjoys the lake with her husband John, sons John Jr. and William, and their adorable Westie pup, Finn.
